Figma

To get feedback before recruiting anyone, test the prototype with AI personas. You can import prototypes by link or through the Versive Figma plugin.

Jira, through Claude or ChatGPT

MCP (Model Context Protocol) lets an AI agent use several services in the same conversation. Connect Versive and Jira to one agent, and it can read your research and create issues from it:

1. Connect Versive in Claude or ChatGPT using the Versive MCP setup guide.
2. Connect Jira through Atlassian's MCP server.
3. Ask for the issues. For example:

Read the findings from my onboarding study in Versive. Draft a Jira issue in project PRODUCT for each of the three most actionable usability problems, with the supporting evidence and a suggested fix. Show me the drafts before creating them.

The agent pulls the findings from Versive and drafts the issues. Review the drafts, then ask it to create the ones you want in Jira. The same approach works for adding new evidence to an existing issue.

A good research-backed issue names the problem, how many participants ran into it, a supporting quote or link to the study, and the proposed next step.

Slack notifications

In a study's notification settings, add a Slack incoming webhook to post to a channel each time an interview is completed. It's an easy way to keep the team watching while a pilot runs. Email notifications are available too.

API and webhooks

For automated workflows, the Enterprise plan includes the REST API. Versive can also set up an organization-level webhook that fires whenever an interview is completed, so your own systems can pick up new research as it arrives.
