Voice Interviews: Get richer data with our new voice interviews

Versive's voice interviews allow you to get more data from each conversation. Our AI-interviewer facilitates user conversations, simplifying large-scale user engagement for you.

We have been working on this feature for some time and we are thrilled to finally release it. We recognized early on that voice capabilities could make it easier to fill out long surveys and enrich the conversations. We are happy to share that our initial findings confirms this: users engaging via voice tend to provide more detailed responses and remain more engaged throughout the survey process.

Voice Interviews

Voice interviews are a new modality available to all our customers. All our existing questions have voice support and as the survey creator you get to decide if you want your users to answer with text or with voice.

Our early data shows significant advantages: users engaging through voice are not only more invested in the process but also offer more insightful feedback, finding it easier to share their thoughts.

Our AI-analysis feature already supports voice interviews, we're able to extract the most important themes and quotes from these conversations. We're also close to releasing an improvement which will soon allow you to listen to the most impactful excerpts from each conversation.
