We're excited to announce a major update to Snap: multi-user testing. You can now run tests with multiple AI users at once, giving you more comprehensive insights and helping you identify patterns across different user types.
Why multi-user testing?
When testing with a single AI user, you get one perspective on your design. But real products serve diverse audiences with different needs, goals, and behaviors. Multi-user testing helps you:

What's new
Test prototypes with multiple users
Run tests on your Figma prototypes and images with multiple AI users simultaneously. Choose different personas to get diverse perspectives, or test with multiple users of the same persona to validate findings with a larger sample size.
Test websites with multiple users
We spin up multiple AI agents, each with their own virtual browser, so you can run comprehensive website tests across different personas at once. Each agent completes your specified tasks independently, giving you multiple perspectives on the same experience.
Aggregate insights
When you test with multiple AI users, we now generate a summary report that synthesizes findings across all test runs. See which issues are universal versus persona-specific, with smart citations showing exactly which test runs support each finding.
This makes it easy to:
- Identify the most critical issues affecting multiple users
- Understand which problems are specific to certain personas
- Prioritize fixes based on how many users they impact
- Share consolidated insights with your team
