We've added several upgrades to our user studies to help you collect richer data and run better AI-moderated usability tests.

Media upload question type

Participants can now upload media directly in your studies. The new media upload question type supports up to 10 images and/or videos at a time, and works seamlessly on both web and mobile devices.

This is perfect for running diary studies or collecting photos, recordings, screenshots, or other media from your participants.

Redesigned question picker

We've redesigned our question picker now that we have too many question types to fit in a dropdown. It's easier than ever to find the right question type for your study, with better organization and visual clarity. Plus, we've added your question templates directly to the question picker.

AI moderator sees your Figma prototypes

Our AI moderator can now see your Figma prototypes when asking follow-up questions. This means the AI can reference what the user is seeing when generating contextual follow-ups, leading to more relevant and insightful conversations.
