Snap is now part of Versive

We're combining the power of Snap's AI usability tests with Versive's AI-moderated surveys. All Snap users now have access to Versive's full platform.

We’re excited to share that we’ve integrated Snap’s AI usability tests directly into Versive. Starting today, Snap users get full access to Versive’s AI-moderated research tools, and Versive users can run usability tests with AI users in minutes.

Our goal is simple: make Versive the fastest way to run user research with both real and AI users. As product development accelerates with AI, teams need tools that let them test and learn at the same speed. AI users make this possible because they respond instantly, so teams can validate ideas far more often than they do today. At the same time, real participants remain essential for understanding how people behave and think in real-world contexts. Versive now brings both approaches together in one platform.

We have a long roadmap ahead, including improvements to our AI-moderated surveys, AI-persona development, and AI-test accuracy. You’ll see a steady stream of updates in the coming weeks and months.

What this means for you

If you’re a current Snap user, you can now log in at getversive.com using your existing Snap credentials. If you’re new, you can start a free trial and start testing right away.

Your existing Snap plan has been migrated to an equivalent plan on Versive. Your credits work the same for AI tests, and you can now also use them for tests with real users. All of your studies have been moved over, and you can continue using the Figma plugin with Versive.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be shutting down the Snap website and redirecting all traffic to Versive.
