Introducing AI-powered survey analysis
Versive saves you hours of analyzing transcripts. We summarize responses, identify recurring themes, and pull out quotes.
We’re excited to announce the first public version of Versive’s AI survey analysis. Over the past few weeks, we’ve helped teams save weeks of time analyzing hundreds of transcripts. We’re now bringing this feature into Versive for all users.
The problem
Versive’s surveys use better design, AI-moderated follow-up questions, and voice inputs to collect richer responses from your users. This means each survey result looks more like an interview transcript than a set of multiple-choice answers.
This is valuable, but analyzing and synthesizing qualitative results takes quite a bit more work. Luckily, this is a problem that AI is especially well-equipped to solve.
The process today
In my experience, analyzing interview transcripts typically looks something like this.
- I read through each transcript and note down findings and quotes.
- Once I’ve done this for each transcript, I look at my notes and start to group the ideas together to identify recurring themes.
- I’ll then write a summary for each theme and pull in some quotes to create a presentation.
This whole process can take days or even weeks. Human biases and mistakes can also lead to missing out on insights.
How Versive helps
We’re using AI to replicate this process for you in minutes, instead of days. Versive looks through your interview transcripts to identify and count recurring themes. We then summarize each theme and pull in supporting quotes from your transcript.
Over the last few weeks, we’ve piloted this feature with teams running 10-respondent concept tests and 200-person multi-lingual studies.
Today, we’re excited to open it up to all Versive users. You can use this as a first draft for your analysis or share it directly with your team to act on insights immediately.
What's next?
Versive is building an insights platform that makes it easier to collect and synthesize all types of user research and customer feedback. We have a long list of analysis features on our roadmap, including visualizations for qualitative results, the ability to trace quotes back to transcripts, and lots more.
As always, we’d love to hear your feature requests. You can contact us at [email protected].
